Rikki Rokkit is Rich Bloor, Captain of the Ship at Tip Records for about 2 decades, and also the man behind 10 Kilo, Surround Sounds & Lucky 7′s. Rich started djing at small parties and compiling DJ mix tapes in London in 1989. Always eclectic selections. After some years partying hard around London underground scenes and working at various major record companies Richard helped Ian St Paul, Raja Ram & Graham Wood with the start up of Tip Records and then went onto manage it the year after. Rik was often behind the scenes but has always dj’d at various special parties. An avid music collector with a broad selection of tastes Rik has played a variety of sounds over the years but now has been developing his own Tip sound to take on tour. The slower, deeper, more analogue, techy side of Psychedelic music. Rikki Rokkit will be opening parties with this sound or playing the odd Goa Classics set…
