Chilled C’Quence are the Portuguese duo Pedro Matias and Fernando Rodrigues (dj Fluxö and Psyjar). Both of them have been connected to several aspects of music and technology since the 90's. 2 years after they met, they started to produce music together on a trance oriented project called Zero Sequence, with the Quest4Goa seal. In 2004 they decided to create Chilled C’Quence, a psyambient project mirrored as a journey of downbeat electronic rhythms, spatial melodies and evolving voices, mixed with crystal clear sounds. This project demonstrated a strong consistency in their live shows, and have been showing great releases on several known labels. This fact encouraged the musical message carried by these artists and they have captured the attention of the english label “Amboworld”, where they released their debut album “Magic Sense”. Tracks like "Chill in Natura" and "In a Row" have been played thousands of times since, taking the public to a fresh and consciousness uplifting state by the immersion on CCQ sound. Their second album “Dream Triggers” was released on the Portuguese label Quest4Goa in 2008, and is still receiving good critics. In this work the listener can discover an uplifting ambient journey, able to transpose himself into an inner state of relaxation and self-discovering. The album combines chilling harmonies with warm progressive vibes. After the success of the first two albums and countless releases in compilations across the globe, followed by a digital re-edition of both 1st and 2nd album by the french label “Electrik Dream”, Chilled C'Quence are preparing the release of their 3rd album “Channeling: 432Hz", under the wings of the british label Phantasm Organic Groove. This work takes Chilled C'Quence music to a new level. The duo aimed to sync all the instruments tuning with the harmonic numeric grid that resonates with the frequency of Earth and Cosmos - 432Hz and its multiples. This concept pretends to give the audience a special feeling of Harmony, Empowerment, Joy and Happiness, the same that they felt when making it, at this precise tune. The story unfolds itself piece by piece, conducting the listener through a delicate sound matrix of acoustic mood drums and concise melodies, fused with vocals of ancient wisdom and profound symbolism. “Channeling: 432Hz" has a continuum flow, in which all tracks are connected as one, being played non-stop from the beginning to the very end. The vibe of the album reflects the total immersion of the musicians in the theme, as if it happened itself as a manifestation of channeling. Love is the key, and 432 the number that syncs to the divine framework. A connection to the source.
